About Yoga
Now what is yoga?
When you utter the word yoga, everyone has a notion of what it could be or should be. One of the first things that people normally think of yoga is, that it means standing on your head, and normal means standing on your feet. The word yoga means union. It is not an exercise or a practice. It is a certain way of being.
Yoga is beyond physical postures, it is a science, a technology to determine the nature of who you are and what you want to be.
We can see it as a holistic approach to well-being, encompassing physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. By aligning the body, mind, and energy system, yoga facilitates a state of harmony and balance, enabling individuals to experience life in its fullest dimension.
